For the first time ever, I am comfortable with a health solution that is a quick jumpstart. I call it a jumpstart because it ideally paired with developing a healthy relationship with food over time. But, now, you can get some fast results, in a healthy way, while you are taking your baby steps over time. 


The Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD), called Prolon, was developed by doctors who study longevity. While fasting has been an approach used for health and spiritual purposes throughout time, true fasting (water only) has also come some risk and a lot of discomfort. FMD was created as a way to get the benefits of fasting without the suffering. 


With FMD, researchers have determined that 5 days is the perfect fasting time for the body. Long enough to get the desired effect of regeneration and rejuvenation on a cellular level! FMD stimulates cell-based repair and regeneration by cleaning out damaged cells, stimulating cellular repair, and increasing stem cell generation!

The foods (provided for you) are all plant based and gluten-free. Most of the ingredients include olives, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds, dark chocolate and herbal teas. 

Restore You is a combination of the FMD with a 5 day mindfulness program. Fasting has long been a spiritual practice. This program offers you an opportunity to use your fasting period for more than just physical regeneration, extending it to a place of mental and emotional expansion.

When you sign up for Restore You, you will receive your 5 day box of food. It will be very clear what to eat and when, leaving you ample time for the mindfulness part of the program. This includes a daily meditation, mantra, and worksheet. Each of the 5 days has a focus on which you can begin to build new habits and thought patterns. Following the 5 days, you will take a day to transition back to your typical healthy diet. You will receive a complimentary 20 minute follow-up individual session to discuss your experience and the best next steps for you.

How often can I do Restore You?

It is recommended to begin by moving through the 5 day protocol 1x/month for 3 months.

After the initial 3 month period, it is suggested to return to the program 2-3x/year. 

Some people may choose to do the program 1x/month for a greater therapeutic effect.
