Lemon Tahini Dressing
This dressing is thick and rich. It is a wonderful way to dress a heavy or bitter green, such as kale or radicchio. It is also delicious to simply use as a dip. Crackers, veggie sticks, chicken skewers... it is as versatile as a black dress.

Set taste aside, tahini is rich in calcium, so you can feel good about building your bones while enjoying this sauce.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
Place everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
