HOW IT WORKS
This 12 week journey begins with REVEALING the truth of what is going on in your body and spirit from a nourishment perspective. From there we create a vision of your most nourished and vibrant self and begin to intentionally RECLAIM that now. Our following sessions use energy medicine and hypnotherapy techniques to RELEASE anything that may be standing in your way (potentially including, limiting beliefs, old wounds, lineage patterns, habits, disease states, distorted relationship with food/body, etc). The rest (and majority) of our sessions are spent on how to REVEL in the very best nourishment designed specifically for YOU.
