We go on retreat to seek balance, to nourish ourselves and refill an empty cup. This retreat will do that for you in all the best ways– yoga, meditation, delicious food, oceanside relaxation, ceremony, ritual, and much more. Soul Shine offers you a unique opportunity to emerge from the quiet darkness of the Winter season and reignite the light within you. Sun-drenched and soul-inspired days will stoke your inner flame and spark your most vibrant vitality.
There is powerful magic that comes from sitting in a circle of women at the ocean’s edge. As each participant cultivates and contributes their brightest energy, together we create a collective "fire". It transmutes that which dims our spirits into energy that sparks our greatest brilliance. Through meaningful activities and embodied experiences, we will leave the retreat with radiant spirits and the tools and awarenesses to continue to shine bright long after returning home.
Each day we will gather for morning meditation and invigorating (suitable for all levels) yoga. Following breakfast, we will feed our souls and spirits with activities designed to nourish your spirit and explore the flow of life. Afternoons will include downtime to nourish yourself with whatever appeals to you with many options for beach activities, lounging at the resort, or exploring the beautiful village that is Sayulita. In the evening, we will gather for ceremony and meditation before heading to dinner and winding down with the setting of the sun.
Prices are ALL INCLUSIVE (with the exception of travel, alcoholic beverages, add-on services, and off-site activities.)
