White Bean Paste
This is the perfect sauce to go with my Sprouted Buckwheat and Kale Fritters. It has the creamiest texture. So much so that my husband wanted to know if it was okay for his to eat. He thought it was a classic dairy cream sauce! Great news. Nothing unhealthy about this sauce! Enjoy as a burger layer, dip, sandwich spread, the possibilities are endless!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white beans
1/2 cup olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1 T lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
Place everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
